Zappos is absolutely the best place I have ever experienced to buy shoes by far. These shoes are an excellent fit and are comfortable and solid straight out of the box. Worth the money, no doubt.

	All too often people log only complaints with companies for doing something wrong, but few take the same time to acknowledge the good. I received an email that my order was upgraded to priority shipping for no other reason than to say “Thanks for the business.” These are the kinds of things that totally win over customers, getting something extra when all you expect is the normal. Thanks for the added bonus, you've got a new loyal customer who has already mentioned this to several co-workers today.
