I like the looks of the shoe. I ordered an 8w first, which is usually my size, but that was too small. Thinking that an 8.5 wide would fit, I ordered two pairs. Well, the 8.5 wide is hardly any longer than the 8 wide and still not wide enough in the sole, so now I have to return that size and get a 9 wide, if I can\'t live without them. The band across the foot is already pretty loose in the 8.5 wide, so I still have not decided if I want to order the 9 wide.

I love the shoes as far as color and style, but I didn't find out until I walked in them for off and on a total of about 2 hours that they would rub blisters on the tops of my feet. I do want to continue to wear the shoes, but not before I find some type of moleskin cover to glue on the underneath top of the sandal.

This shoe runs very small. I wear a size ten, ordered a ten and a half as other reviews for this shoe brand said, and it runs small. The shoes that I received are probably a size 8 1/2 or 9, even though the box and shoe say size 10 1/2. Otherwise it is a beautiful shoe.

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and cant figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. Im new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isnt always good to want things!
