Have to give 5 stars not only on the boots (ordered both colors!), but also on the outstanding customer service I received! I needed a different size, customer service did an immediate exchange, fast shipping. Love the boots and I really wish that other retailers online or otherwise would conduct business the same way Zappos treats its customers. This isn't the 1st time I've ordered and it definitely will not be my last! I highly recommend to friends and others to purchase through Zappos; can't go wrong. Great prices and excellent customer service! Thanks again!

Beautiful and comfortable boots. Fits true to size and perfect for fall. The quality of the leather is great and I can imagine having these boots for a very long time.

 |  | To the Zappos work staff: Just allow me to say you are the epitome of legendary customer service make-my-day amazing. I turned to you for service because you have been so prompt and friendly with my previous orders. My latest order was somewhat urgent because I use a toaster oven for most of my hot meal preparations and my 10 year old machine suddenly burned out. I was willing to wait for a ground shipment of 3-4 days, but no, not only did you have the
item I needed in stock, but you e-mailed me that it will be priority shipped just because you like me as a customer! Jeez, make me feel special. Not only have I educated my friends and family how awesome you are, I just posted a notice on our company viewing board (7,500 employees) touting your services.
