I really wanted to love these shoes, but the fitting was poor: Almost no arch support and much flimsier than it appears. In my opinion, the sizing runs big. It is an adorable looking shoe; just didn't work for me.

	Just in case you weren't feeling the love today, I wanted to let you know that my friends and I are crazy about Zappos. We shop, we order, we get as close to instant gratification as is humanly possible - getting boxes of shoes in the office is a nice break for all of us! Your customer service is amazing and I really appreciate it. I'm a loyal Zappos shopper, and it's a sure bet that won't be changing any time soon. Thanks!
