My daughter bought tennis shoes without checking her size with me first. I called Customer service and they were extremely helpful with sizing question, etc. They rushed the shoes so we could verify the fit and return if necessary asap. As it turned out, the size was correct and comfortable. The service I received was better that expected. I\'d order from Zappos in a heartbeat.

Mu daughter loves these shoes. I guess they are the current fad. This style was not available locally in any store and this is the one she wanted. Thanks to Zappos she was able to get them and reasonably prices at that!

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
