Comfortable shoe even for a guy that usually requires a wide in my size. The leather gets hot in the summer, imagine that since it's black and all. It makes a strange *huff* when you step, it's not a squeek or anything but from a breathing hole built in down by the heel, I got used to it or it's not happening as often now that they're broken in. I like them.

 |  | I have told friends and family about Zappos and it was just because the service has been wonderful. As a 63 year old, I recall the super service given in the old department stores. I mourned the loss of that quality service as stores cut back, closed, went mall, outlet, superstore, online.
