Loved the service - great, fast. The shoe looks beautiful; albeit, a bit smaller than thought. However, I still wear them comfortably, but would have stepped up a 1/2 size in the future.

The shoe is very stylish, and is available at a great price! I ordered the grey suede. They are light as a feather, kind of delicate. The heel is high. I like the shoe because it is pointy. The shoe is very comfortable and true to size. I ordered a 7 1/2, and no inserts were necessary. Perfect fit.

Loved these, but they were too small -
I loved these! Unfortunately, they were way too small. I need to return for a bigger size.

As beautiful as these shoes were, I had to return them because they were so uncomfortable to walk in. With no arch support, it felt like I was walking on stilts and reminded me of those girls who wear really cute shoes, but walk awkward because this shoe isn't well made. Or maybe we're not meant to walk in 4 inch heels? Either way, they're beautiful, with no arch support and uncomfortable as heck.

Of course, my order arrived ahead of time, kudos to Zappos.com! Actually I ordered these over 1 month ago and my first time wearing them was yesterday and they were extremely comfortable and sexy! I plan to order more colors of this shoe/style.

Got these in the bronze snake, and I love them! They go great with both black and brown/tan. The uppers are soft but strong, and the heel is steady. The inside sole is lightly padded, which is wonderful for walking around all day. My feet don't hurt even after 8 hours of work!

I bought these in the bronze snake skin and purple suede. Beautiful shoe(s), but does not fit true to size. I wear and purchased these in a 7.5 and I almost walked out of the shoe while trying it on and the gap at my heel is too obvious even to insert a pad. I’m returning both for the next size down.

I bought these shoes for my wife. She needed a nice pair of black pumps and these looked nice. She absolutely loves them. Great choice for anyone.

The only problem I see with this very cute shoe is that the sole in the toe area is wearing away like paper, meaning I will have to have them re-soled at the end of the winter, if not before.

I have a difficult hard to fit foot. I was happy with the sizing options and the unexpected comfortable fit. It's hard to find a sexy 10.5 wide shoe and this was perfect!

The shoes are a decent value...they look great and they are very comfortable; however, the soles are thin and the heel tap broke on day two...again, decent value...expect to take them to a cobbler to add to the soles to make the shoes last longer.

Shoes are absolutely fabulous! They are true to size and width - (I have a wide foot - and I so love being able to dress my feet sexy and fashionably!) Looks equally great with a pair of skinny jeans and T-shirt as with a little black dress. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for comfort is because of the heel size - with any heel this size, you’re going to have to take a breather from them after a while.

I ordered this shoe in a wide and it was much too narrow. All the toes were much too pointy. Returned them.

These shoes look really good on. I tried many similar looking pumps, but the fit was never right. These are true to size and the toe isn't too long as they are in other styles of pumps.

Can you say foot candy or foot jewelry? The Blue is a clean crisp turquoise blue. The sizes are true. I've worn it wear with jeans, with the jeans cuffed to show them off, a classic white shirt, big bold turquoise or Southwest jewelry, and watch the heads turn when I walk by! Thank you, Zappos! Ordered them on Friday afternoon and had them in my hands on Monday, wore them on Tuesday!

I really like this shoe. I had never heard of this brand, but the shoe is sexy and sleek. I have them in black. Makes my legs look long and lean. It is a little tight, but a few wears and they will be fine.
