Shaft slouches too much. I was super excited to get these boots, but the shaft of the boot really slouches down more and more as you walk. I think it needs to be stiffer material to have the stand up look. I love Sam Edelman shoes and have many pairs. Unfortunately, I didn't like these.

Needs a zipper -
I love the look, but I can't pull it up -- too tight to do without a zipper. Will definitely rip my stockings or tights.

taken the necessary steps to make it happen. In the last month I have contacted many well known customer service businesses to foster ideas on how to better care for our customers, and ZAPPOS.com has risen to the top for me. You not only sent me some of your 2008 Culture books, but you didn't charge me a cent, and I made sure that I presented this fact to the team at our daily morning huddle. I was also most impressed that Tony signed the book(s)!!! Wow.
