I got my Roxy bag last night and rushed to open it and was so disappointed when I did. The bag is small; it looks a lot bigger hanging on the model then it looks in person, which is surprising because I usually am very pleased with Roxy bags. I have many of them and this is the first time I was so let down by the quality as well, jury is still out on whether or not I am going to keep it. No slam to Zappos because I have returned bags and shoes before and it couldn't be anymore convenient to do. Still pondering this one, it is probably going back.
