This purse is awesome, fits everything I need, even my laptop! One note: the colors are eggplant purple and army green, not brown. Still super cool but if you want brown, you won\'t like this. And one minor feature that I wish was different: The zipper on the front pocket goes from one side to the other; it would be better with two zippers on the ends that met in the middle.

I love this purse! I get so many compliments on it and the matching clutch/wallet. It has a very good sized front pocket and the straps are the perfect length to keep the purse right under your arm but not uncomfortably.

This is an awesome bag! I can fit so much of my stuff in it so I can easily use it for school! But it gets scratched easily so be careful with it!

I immediately called your 24/7 hot line, and had one of the best customer service agents ever! Not only was she helpful in changing the shipping immediately, I also asked her to help me find similar boots in a different color, and she really tried her best to do so. I want to thank her once again for her kindness, support, and help! It is easy and fast to complain, and very rare to get a compliment! This is definitely a compliment for an excellent rep!
