Loved these shoes, but the "wide" width was not wide. Had to return, and very sad about it. Otherwise, they were perfect.

I received an email that my order was upgraded to priority shipping for no other reason than to say “Thanks for the business.” These are the kinds of things that totally win over customers, getting something extra when all you expect is the normal.
