Loved these shoes, but the "wide" width was not wide. Had to return, and very sad about it. Otherwise, they were perfect.

 |  | I will be a loyal customer to Zappos until you "close up shop" or the day I die... whichever comes first! Zappos has the finest customer service that I've EVER experienced as a consumer. Simple as that! I have NEVER been disappointed by any transaction I've had with Zappos over the years and have ALWAYS been impressed with the attention to detail your team has given consumers.
