Love the shoes, but the medium widths were really narrow and I don\'t have wide feet. I had to re-order in a wide. That fits on the bottom, but now the top strap is loose. I will be able to fix this by putting another hole in the strap. With a little adjustment I think they will be fine.

This is a great looking sandal, and would be very comfortable, if I had fatter feet! Even in the Narrow width, the tops were still too loose. Bummer!

These shoes are very comfortable, but they seem a little wide. The center piece of leather on the top of the shoe slides around a little on the right shoe when I'm wearing them. Also, I will be getting another hole punched in the buckle strap because they are a little loose and I'm a straight 7.5 B. Like most Clarks shoes, they are well made and the leather is super soft. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a casual summer sandal.

In the past few years, I've ordered several pairs of shoes from Zappos. I have a long narrow foot and am difficult to fit. I usually order 2-3 pair and if I'm lucky, I'm able to keep one. The quality of the shoes is top notch and the free return shipping and ease of dealing with Zappos keeps me coming back. There has never been problems of any kind with Zappos.

I typically wear narrow width shoes. I found these sandals too narrow and had to reorder in B width. Initally I thought they were very comfortable. After wearing them a couple of times I experienced the same problem as another reviewer, the middle piece holding the straps moves to the side as I walk. I usually love Clark\'s, but I am disappointed with this purchase. Zappos\' customer service is the best!

I bought these shoes in brown about six weeks ago. They are very comfortable and are a great shoe to walk around in all day. One strap rubbed the top of my foot on the first day I wore them but since then I have had no problems. \r\n\r\nAs for style, I haven\'t gotten any notice/compliments when I\'m wearing them. They are OK, but not eye-catching. \r\n\r\nThey seem to run true to size and width.

First of all let me state that I have bought Clarks many times before and I usually keep them. I have a narrow foot and found that these shoes fit very well. Many times even the narrow is too wide, but not in this case. The arch support is very evident which makes the shoes extremely comfortable. I'm thinking about another pair in black.

I have a narrow foot and have given up finding shoes in any store. They all carry shoes for the "average" foot only. I have ordered three different sandals from Zappos.com and all of them fit well and are a quality I expect when ordering Clarks shoes. Thank you for keeping me from going barefoot!

I got these for my vacation. I did a lot of walking and they were so comfortable. I actually cut out the center piece in my black ones to make them look more strappy and different from my brown ones.

I have narrow feet and I used to be able to buy Clarks sandals and they fit. Not anymore! I have tried several different styles and none of them were actually narrow, except the Lakeport. I ordered two pair of Lakeport sandals because they were narrow enough, but then there was another problem. The t-strap that runs down the top of the sandal is not attached to the straps and it will not stay put. No matter what you do, the top strap keeps slipping over to the side of the shoe. Now I will have to pay to take them to a shoe repair to have the strap fastened in some way so I can wear them. I love Zappos, but I am very disappointed in Clarks. They are forgetting how to make a quality shoe, and they obviously don't know how to make a narrow shoe!

I love these shoes! The fit was great; not too tight (I ordered wide) yet not too loose, either. Very comfortable. I love the padded sole. They feel great on and you can easily wear them all day long right out of the box without any discomfort.

So cute but... I ordered the shoe in bronze. It was so cute, but it was too wide. I have a size 12, wide foot, but this shoe was just too wide. I needed a wide C, and this is only wide D. I really wanted to keep this shoe, but I sent it back.

I bought these because I am on the constant lookout for sandals in which I can walk (4-6 miles/day). I had such wonderful luck with the Clarks SunSeattle. The look on these is classic and fine, but thus far I cannot walk too far in them because I get blisters, and the straps are too loose, with no reasonable way to tighten them. So they are fine for not walking long distances.

This shoe is very comfortable from the first time you pout it on, no break in time needed. I can walk in them all day long. They fit very true to size. I love them!!

I ordered this sandal prior to a Cape Cod vacation. The sandal is very comfortable, with cushy arch and heel support. Sandals seem a bit wide for me, although I have wide feet. Also, the middle strap that holds the crosswise straps in place slides to the side, so I have to readjust it a couple times a day (no big deal). All in all, it's a good looking and very comfortable sandal that I can wear all day with no discomfort.

Look lovely but not good for narrow feet/ankles. I love the look of this "Gladiator" style, but I found that after only a few weeks of wearing the sandal, the bands that stretch across and can be tightened were never tight enough because they had stretched out. Granted, I have narrow feet and slender ankles (wish that slender part was true for the rest of me!), but I thought that the straps should have remained tighter and not moved around so much. I still like this sandal and might have more holes punched in the strap, but it feels way too loose now. I do not recommend this sandal for those who have narrow feet and slender ankles.

Excited to find a 12 narrow, but they didn't fit. I had high hopes for this shoe. It didn't fit well, though. I initially had to cinch the buckle as tight as it would go, but when I walked around the room, the shoe still worked its way off my foot. I kept having to stop and push my foot back into it. I think that is due to the straps causing so much movement on the top of the foot. I had trouble with the center strap sliding to the side of my foot as other reviews also experienced. The sole is very comfortable. Too bad the rest of the shoe doesn't work!

These sandals are great. I tried 4-5 pairs from Zappos before I found these. I was looking for a pretty flat, comfortable, gladiator-esque sandal and these have been awesome. No break-in period, comfortable right out of the box. I wore them on vacation and did lots of walking with no trouble or rubbing anywhere on my feet (which is very important to me). They look good with jeans, capris, and casual dresses. I am very happy.

ordered these shoes after seeing somewhere else but couldnt get wide like I was able to at zappos . Also many more colors were offered at zappos. Very comfy and I know they will last a long time . would like to get the red ones .

These sandals are great. I love them and would recommend them to anyone with narrow feet. They are very comfortable and actually are narrow enough. Thanks for having a sandal that I can actually walk in without them coming off. Zappo\'s rocks!!

Clarks not what they used to be!
I tried three different styles of Clarks this summer, with Lakeport as my third try. The quality of Clarks's shoes is not a good as it used to be. Designs are still cute but there is little arch support and comfort in this brand. If you are looking for arch support and overall comfort pay a bit more and get Danskos, or other brands in that price point.

I bought this shoe in the narrow width, and found these slip-ons to work pretty well. You can't really walk long distances (more than a mile) in these comfortably, so I use them for an office and home sandal. So the reviews that are saying these are comfortable to walk in, I guess that is what they mean. I have gotten one compliment on them so far, so I like them. The straps are fairly comfortable, and I can even adjust them around my bunion on my right foot.

Like most Clarks shoes, these shoes are very comfortable - like walking on pillows. The leather is very soft and supple, so nothing rubs in uncomfortable places; they are comfy right out of the box. The center strap down the middle does have a tendency to migrate to the side over the course of the day, but it's hardly a nuisance and very easily fixed. I love these shoes and would definitely buy them again!

I bought the cream colored ones and they were extremely comfortable right out of the box. I thought the straps were a little loose at first but you need the give when you walk. They look great with pants or dresses and you can walk all day in them.

I am absolutely thrilled with Clark's Lakeport sandals. They are stylish and fit perfectly in that I have a hard to fit narrow foot. I took them on my Alaskan vacation without even breaking them in and I had no problems.
