Amazing shoes! I ordered them for my wedding originally in a size 9.5 (my normal size). When they came they were a little snug so I set up an exchange with Zappos.com. Zappos sent me a size 10 and the awesome part was that I had enough time to keep both pairs for comparison, before I had to send the 9.5 back. I wanted to make sure that the 10 was the right fit and Zappos made the exchange effortless and simple! I would suggest ordering a half size bigger than you normally wear, especially if, like me, you plan on wearing them in a summer month when it will be hot. The shoes were so comfortable. I was jumping and dancing around for hours and I actually forgot I was even wearing heels. They looked beautiful and I loved every minute I was wearing them! I am extremely impressed with Zappos' efficiency and customer service, and I will definitely order shoes from them in the future!

Really comfortable three inch heel -
This is a beautiful shoe and is surprising comfortable. I had to order a half size up, but this will allow me room to put additional cushioning. The shoe while comfortable is not well padded. I am wearing this for a wedding and want supreme comfort.
