I purchased this bag about a week ago, great bag! The leather is soft and supple, the shoulder straps are just the right length and quite comfortable over your shoulder even if you have a lot of things in the bag to make it heavy. The outer side and front pockets are great for keeping my keys and cell phone in. The bag is bigger than what I am used to carrying, but I now have a lot of room for any extra stuff. I ordered the bag from Zappos after 6 pm and received it less than 24 hours later. Wow, what great service!

Perfect Black Bag -
I love this bag! I have carried this bag for about 3 weeks now and it is perfect for me. I am very busy and I can get in and out of this bag quickly at the grocery, gas station, pet store, etc. and it looks fabulous to go to a nice restaurant or the movies. Super soft and expensive looking.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Cole Haan handbags.

I was born with two club feet and while I have done my share of dancing, hiking, and generally having fun with feet that work okay, the many operations left them rather unpretty, a little misshapen and definitely wider/shorter than most feet in proportion to the carrying bodies. Finding shoes that fit and are comfortable is a rarity for me. I search through stores regularly, more often than not
leaving empty handed. I took a chance with Zappos. There were some excellent deals and the size claimed to be what I might need. A box arrived. It said "Packed with Happiness." Inside was my order – 4 pairs of shoes and a pair of boots. They not only all fit, they all fit amazingly well. The box may very well have been packed with happiness, but let me tell you, not as much happiness as it was opened with!!! Thank you oh so much. You can't imagine what this is for me.
