Very pretty, but didn't fit -
These are nice looking, well made boots. Unfortunately, they were too tall and a little too loose around the calf for me. I'm 5' and 115 lbs.

This is a great pair of boots. The fit is true to size with a generous calf area, I am a runner and my calfs are muscular. Additionally the leather on these boots look very expensive.

And I want to thank you for your incredible service (phone, email, all and any contact w/ you) because it is outstanding. The items I bought are of the best quality, and I only had to return 2 items that either did not fit, and the necklace was an unattractive item. I exchanged both items for something else I wanted. Never ever did I have a negative experience with you in all the years I have been your customer. You make all the difference in shopping experiences, and I almost shop exclusively w/ you because of it. Whatever you pay your employees, isn't enough ;o) they are worth their weight in Gold.
