This is a darling shoe. Unfortunately, I ordered a half size larger based on the other reviewer's comment, and that was a mistake. This shoe is true to size and not stiff. Thanks to Zappos shipping policy, I'm returning it and ordering it in my true size. And fortunately, it will be here in time for the event I need it for.

Runs a little smaller than marked [1/2 size I think] and a little stiff. The soles are not very flexible either and made of non-absorbing material. Otherwise it's a good shoe.

 |  | You need a portal just for testimonials! I am an enthusiastic fan of Zappos! I live overseas but I have a home in USA. I shop the latest styles and fashions on Zappos.com in Denmark, ship them to my USA address and pay with my Danish bank card...no hassle. Your “competition” will not allow me to do that and they place the burden of identity verification on me. When I try to place an order from Denmark to ship to my house in USA they cancel my order. When I call in to determine why they do not use a more sophisticated method of credit card verification like “Verify by Visa” they tell me they cannot reinstate the order. I spend about 3K per month in shoes alone and I am more than happy buying them all from Zappos now. I shop Zappos exclusively now for the great customer service, ease of use, selection and confidence in knowing that the purchases I make will be honored in a way that provides service to the customer. I started with buying shoes, I am now looking at all the other wonderful things Zappos offers as a result of the service and value provided through this company!
