Very good shoes for someone like me who overpronates, could use some more cushioning, though, but otherwise it's just perfect. The shipping is very fast, fast as you can get it and the return would probably be fast too, but didn't have to do it because I tried the shoe first at some stores and then ordered the right size online. Definitely will order again from Zappos. I could use some coupons, though.

I am convinced that I have single-handedly brought your company dozens of new customers because I have pitched your service and selection to women everywhere (especially with difficult sizes!). I cannot express my sincere thanks for the exceptional quality of service and the selection of shoes. Every contact with each sales representative has been exceptional- you have seriously made a great difference my world.
