I just got these shoes today, and sadly, I'll be sending them back.The style is great, but from just wearing them for a few minutes my feet hurt. My biggest concern is that the stitching at the edge of the shoe (the past running over the inside of your foot) is extremely rough, and scrapes against your skin. Also, the toe pinches a bit. I'm sure some liberal use of moleskin would fix the problems, but for the price I feel that they just shouldn't hurt. Too bad, really. They are cute shoes.

 |  | Zappos Customer Service, You probably hear mostly from people with complaints. I wanted to take a moment to send some positive feedback. Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
