I got ones of these boots: fit perfect, style very nice, hard construction, perfect to ride a Harley, excellent service of delivery, the best I remember. I recommend the boots and Zappos.

 |  | Zappos Customer Service, You probably hear mostly from people with complaints. I wanted to take a moment to send some positive feedback. Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
