When my pair of boots arrived in less than perfect condition, I had hoped to exchange them for a new pair. Unfortunately, you were out of stock. A wonderful representative offered tips on how to clean up the boots, offered to search other stores to see if they had the boots in stock, and even asked if I would like a refund before returning the boots! I decided to keep the boots for a few more days, as I was not interested in purchasing from another retailer. Luckily, Zappos received more boots in stock within the week. Another rep sent my order straight away and ensured that the new pair were in perfect condition. Best yet - they sent the new pair with overnight shipping!
