I loved the look of this shoe. When it came and I tried it on, I was actually very pleasantly surprised by how comfortable these were. A lot of times you have to give up the comfort for nice looking dressy shoes, not with these.

I saw these shoes in Corpus Christi and loved them. Of course they were not in my size so when I returned home I searched everywhere for them but no luck. Then I remembered my daughter had told me about Zappos so I went on the web and there they were, even in my size! I was ecstatic. Ordered them and they even sent them overnight at no cost to me. I will always try Zappos when I am looking for shoes. Thank you, Zappos.

I ordered football cleats for my son for an upcoming playoff game in a brand I've never bought before and they were too narrow. I called at 9:30 p.m. to exchange them for the brand I normally buy. The exchange arrived the NEXT DAY at no extra charge! That is the best service I've ever received from an internet company!
