I believe this style should fit snugly, but it was a bit too snug. It's true it runs at least a half size small, I thought since I'm sometimes a 10.5 and sometimes an 11 that 11 would be ok, but I wasn't. Great style though, made my legs look killer.

So so; I fell in love with them online, then when I received, I changed my mind. The toe opening seems way too small and the heel is very tight to pull on. I guess next time I would order at least a 1/2 size bigger, if not a full size.

My son's wedding was fast approaching & I was trying to find a gladiator-type shoe that did not have a 4-inch heel! I also needed coverage & support, while getting some kind of updated, in style look.I've never been successful at buying shoes without trying them on. However, after looking in shoe stores up & down the state of California without success, I decided to check out Zappos offerings. To my surprise, I found many styles that could fit my need. I ordered two pairs. It did take one full week to arrive, which was a little disappointing. Unfortunately, neither pair fit. I loved the Type Z bootie & knew I would wear them often, so I was eager to get them shipped in the next size. I frantically emailed Zappos customer service asking for help (I was unable to locate them on the website!) My email was immediately answered & within 24 hours, my new shoes were at my door! I was so impressed! I was so excited, I sent text messages to my family & friends boasting about how I bought shoes online & what a success it was! My daughter thought I was nuts, but said she considered Zappos & since I had such good luck, she would try them too.The return procedure was so easy! Customer service was the best. I love my shoes! Going forward, I will look to Zappos first for my shoe needs. No more shoe stores for me!
