Recently my son needed a couple of shirts for an event at school. We live in a very small town with really no clothing stores. We contacted Zappos on a Monday about 6:00 in the evening and needed the shirts by Wednesday afternoon. Needless to say we got the shirts with more than enough time to spare and the shirts are awesome. We talked to 2 different employees on the phone while trying to place our order and both did an excellent job of helping us out. About a week later we also received a card from Zappos thanking us and wishing my son well with being nominated for homecoming king. I have nothing but praise for this company. We have ordered numerous times and have never had any problems. I highly recommend Zappos. Thanks so much.

 |  | I am a F.T. bar tender and am on my feet all night standing, walking and sometimes running! I work hard! I have had the same work shoes that I LOVE for about 10 years! I found your site through my daughter and found a pair of what I thought would be good work shoes. I saved my tips and months later made the order. I was ambivalent about spending so much money on SHOES but decided to just do it! They arrived yesterday morning! I wore them last night for the first time forgetting to bring a back up pair in case they hurt (new shoes and all). Well, I'm just sooooo happy to say that I LOVE them! My feet were just fine – ALL NIGHT! They were like wearing slippers w/ arch support. This morning I put my poor old tired out work shoes in the trash with no regrets! Your staff was SO kind and helpful over the phone and the promptness of delivery was amazing! Thank you so much! I'm getting my outfit ready for tonight and look forward to sporting my new Nato shoes! Consequently, I am now an internet shoe shopper! GO ZAPPOS! LOVE-LOVE-LOVE YOU!!!
