I love these shoes! They are so cute, but provide no arch support whatsoever. I was able to break in these shoes after wearing them once and now I love wearing them to add some style to an otherwise plain outfit.

I have never paid for other than standard (read slow boat) shipping, and have also never failed to receive your deliveries the next day. I can order Sunday online at night, and the shoes will be there Monday before dinner, it’s astounding. All other companies should take their cue from you guys.
