These sandals are so awesome! I bought them for work (I\'m on my feet a lot) and they are super comfortable. They run true to size and are really easy to walk in. The heel isn\'t too high and the bottoms aren\'t slick. Definitely get a pair of these!

Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked

Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support
The shoe runs a little small. And honestly I didn't like how it looks on the foot - it looks too bare...really doesn't look like a shoe, more like a flip flop. I was looking for something to wear to work, and this is not a good shoe for that, maybe for some other purposes.

Truly annoyed at Zappos for this one and I've been an avid Zappos shopper since 2002. I ordered a size 11, which is my true size. Instead I got a size 10 with a size 11 label over the 10. I have ordered Gabriella Rocha shoe before and their 11s are a true fit for me. Zappos need to review their stock on this shoe. The shoe clearly marks the size EU= 41 and US = 10. Otherwise the shoes are cute and looks well made.

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
