I am a clothes-aholic, and I only buy things that are different or make a statement. Those jeans are the coolest pair I've ever owned. I've paired them with 3 different tops so it changes the look of the outfit. Congratulations! You've done well!

 |  | Zappos Customer Service, You probably hear mostly from people with complaints. I wanted to take a moment to send some positive feedback. Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
