I bought these after shopping online for almost 2 hours trying to find size 10! They are a lot of fun and cute. Delivery was fast and free!

The customer service at Zappos is great. They took time answering my questions and I didn't feel any pressure to buy. The prices are also pretty good; I shopped around and price was very reasonable. It also helps to know you can return the item as long as not worn within a very long time frame. I would highly recommend them!

We love Zappos and the shoes received for our granddaughter. Quality and extremely timely service. Ordered the shoes and within just a few very short days the shoes arrived. My granddaughter is thrilled! One of the very few places we could find the Size 12 toddler. Thank you and we will buy from you again because of the customer service you provided! Outstanding!

I didn't quite understand your sizing chart so I decided to place my order by phone. The customer service I received was outstanding. Your sales rep was professional and yet very friendly. She made me feel confident and at ease during the ordering process and was very accommodating. The Heelys arrived right on time and my granddaughter was thrilled. I think she would have slept in them if her mother would have let her! I have already recommended your site to others and I believe you have already gotten another order for Heelys due to my recommendation.

I bought the black/blue/teal ones for a lady friend. She loved them and said they were really comfortable even though they were a little sung on her wider feet. They look really cute; one of the best of the new styles, I think. The only negative is that the white flat laces were way too long.

Dear Zappos, These Heelys are very cute on screen and I hope they look how they are shown! I think these are the best looking Heelys Ive seen in my whole life! Keep getting the good ones!

 |  | Dear Zappos, I just wanted to send a quick note to tell you that I will be a loyal customer for as long as you exist! I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
