This is my daughter\'s third pair of Heelys and she loves them. They arrived so fast! We always love Zappos.

I bought these Heelys for my 11 year old daughter. I ordered them in the light blue. She loves them! She gets lots of compliments on them as shoes and then when she skates in them people get so excited that Heelys come in such a cute style! Also to mention they were shipped in one day!

Love them! They remind of of Chuck Ts with the added fun of rolling. The first pair didn\'t fit, but got new ones THE NEXT DAY! Not even sure how they managed that. Highly recommend!!

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
