I absolutely adore these shoes. They are cute beyond words. The only problem is, they hurt. The jewels make the shoe, but they also make them super uncomfortable, especially if you have a high arch, like I do. People with flat feet might not have as much problem. I kept them for the cute factor, but fear they're gonna spend more time in my closet than on my feet because of the comfort factor.

 |  | I ordered some Globe Castros, but they were too big and so I needed to send them back. I was surprised at how customer friendly the instructions were and how quickly I was able to get my return label. Immediately after that I put another order except one size lower. Apparently I checked today and my item was put on priority with no extra cost. That is awesome customer service. Thanks Zappos team and continue providing this outstanding service!
