I was desperate for a pair of silver sandals, when I finally remembered Zappos. I found these sandals for a great price and they were perfect for the wedding I was going to. Very comfortable and I was able to dance the night away.

I bought these in yellow to match the bridesmaid dress I wore in my sister’s wedding. I usually wear 3+ inch heels, but was 36 wks pregnant and needed something comfortable with a very low heel, but still wanted a cute and stylish shoe. These looked great with the dress and I was able to wear them all day for an afternoon ceremony and evening reception, and even danced a little in them!

 |  | I just want to say that both my daughter's family and I think you are wonderful, and have been loyal customers for some years now. It all started when she kept getting such personal, caring service from you that stood out from normal online interchanges, and so even though there are competitors she could go to, she stays with you as do I. From our end, it feels like you are one huge caring entity of human beings, quite a contrast to another online retailer, for instance, which seems like a huge robotic entity.
