I just returned it -
I got the velour pants in tophat . It shipped very quickly , so I was very satisfied with the swifty . but when I saw the pants , I was absolutely disapointed . It has got lots of wrinkles and cracks , and looks old. It seems like returned product . so I returned it. it was my first order with zappos,com . really disappointing....

So comfortable. I love these for around the house. They're really long on me, but I'm happy to get them hemmed.

I accidently got bleach on my daughter\'s designer Juicy Cotour pants. These pants were purchased in the winter as a Christmas present and I knew that I would never be able to find the pants at the end of June. I quickly searched Zappos to see if the pants were in stock. Low and behold, the pants were available not only in black but also in brown!\r\nI now am able to replace the pants without running around from store to store. The pants arrived the next day and delivery was free. How can you beat that! I can not say enough about Zappos, they are number one in customer service!

 |  | I don't normally use exclamation points in my correspondence, but Zappos.com has taken my breath away with your delivery service. And I don't normally use teen-age expressions, but all I can say is OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! You rock!!!!!!!!!! Last week, I ordered shoes, and received one pair the very next day. The other shoes came the day after that. Sadly, none of them fit, and I had to return them all. Yesterday, I notified you of the return, printed out my FREE return shipping labels, and ordered one style in a different size. Today, I returned the shoes at a UPS store, and by the time I had returned home, my new shoes were on my doorstep! How do you do it? Is it a unique connection in the time/space continuum between your warehouse and Texas? However you do it, I am so impressed, and will tell all my friends about your wonderful, amazing service.
