Since I am already tall (6'1") and I needed a nicer sandal for summer dinners, concerts and entertainment activities, I found my flat sandals did not fit the bill for special occasions. This sandal has a lower heel but looks and feels sexy which is great! I gave them a trial run at work and I am up and down all day long. The sandal is very roomy and comfortable which is important in warmer weather. Now I know if the sandals were this comfortable for a nine hour day they would last for an evening outing. I am very pleased with this product. Keep up your quality shoemanship! Thanks.

 |  | Thank you, thank you! I'm thinking the Zappos customer service team must be made up of magical wizards, and I am getting spoiled! I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever. Now I must wait at least a week for my order from this other place, and on top of that, pay ten bucks shipping! See, I am spoiled by Zappos spectacular customer service. Thank you so much!
