This is my third pair of Mezlans, all of them purchased here, and the first to disappoint me. The sale price was great, but the online photos didn't adequately picture the shoe. These are low, elongated shoes, tight across the arch, of a sort that look more appropriate for zoot-suiters than European or American businessmen. Pity. I liked the detail on the toe, reminiscent of a wing-tip design, and the lace ends, but I had to return them. So far, so good, although it would have been comforting to receive a UPS tracking number for the return.

I had a pair of these back in college in the late 70's and early 80's and they were great shoes then. I saw some folks wearing them around and luckily I was able to find a pair where I live in North Carolina. These shoes are still great, lightweight and comfortable and go great with jeans or khakis and can fit in with business casually. In fact, I have found them more comfortable then some sneakers I own.

I've been rockin' the same pair of Wally's since the mid-90s, and I still love them. Outside of the care you must give to keep the soul fresh, they're extremely comfortable and stylish. Bought my wife a pink pair of Wally boots...she loves them with jeans. If you've never owned a pair, stop by an outlet store, or pick up a pair online. So simple, yet so timeless and classic!

I found the service to be excellent, especially when you live in rural America and do not have the ability to make such a purchase. The product is exactly what I expected. I probably would have gotten a darker color but this seems to be the original color for Wallabees.

My dad has been wearing them for years. As a kid, I always thought he looked like a goofball. Because you have to admit... wally's are very odd-looking. It wasn't until I got a little older and realized that wally's are probably the most comfortable pair of shoes/boots ever, not to mention the fact that they are a nice looking pair of shoes- very simple. And simplicity is a good thing. If they've been around since the 1960s and are still popular...that has to tell you something. So maybe I was the goofball, and not my dad. Like most people have mentioned in reviews, get a full size or 1/2 size smaller as the boot runs a little bigger. And like most have said, once you put them on, you won’t want to take them off and you'll find a way to make them match with any outfit. AMAZING SHOE...but make sure to purchase some arch supports...once you do that the shoe will TRULY feel AMAZING...

I have bought and worn this same shoe for approximately the last 35 years. The quality, fit, support and comfort have remained constant through out those years. I have purchased other brands of this style shoe and have been very disappointed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for comfort and quality in their next pair of shoes.

Really comfortable shoe - Classic style, real comfort, great arch support. All around good shoe to do anything in. Actually feels wider than the medium width they are marked as. I have wide feet and they fit fine.

These shoes are brilliant. They're comfortable and have great ankle support. The most important thing to remember with the Wallabees (boot or moccasin) is to order a HALF size smaller than your usual shoe size (men’s and women’s). Last year I bought a pair of moccasins in my normal size and within 2 months my feet were always slipping out of them. They will stretch! So buy a half size down.

Wallabees and Zappos - a nice combo!
I ordered the Clarks Wallabee boots at around 6 pm on Thursday night, got them in the mail around 4 the next afternoon! You cannot beat that kind of service. Zappos is onto something. Plus the Wallabee is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn.

This shoe is unbelievably comfortable, looks are above avg and it adds some height to the wearer. Spray it with some water repellent to keep looking brand new. Shipped EXTREMELY fast by Zappos.

Clarks Wallabee is truly a classic. I owned a pair when I was in college and liked them a lot. So I was pleased to see they are now available. Of course, they are made in China now, but as far as I can tell, the quality is still there. Time will tell.
I wear mid-weight socks (Thorlos) with these shoes, and they fit true to size.
The crepe soles are inimitable. I own shoes with EVA, rubber, and leather soles, but none are as resilient and comfortable as the crepe. The soles get dirty, but that is the nature of the material. Great comfort shoes and they still look cool. I highly recommend these shoes.

These shoes are great because they are soft and mold to your foot. I have flat feet and these shoes are perfect for them. They are great.

Trying out a new look here...
Do these look all right? I bought them for work as something in between a sneaker and a boot, so I could be on my feet all day and not have the running sneaker look. They are comfortable and people say they look cool, but I still think they make my feet look goofy. I'm keeping them because they are comfortable and other people like them on me.

I purchased these shoes for my college age son. I couldn't believe that this was the shoe he was asking for as I remember them from MY college days! They were kind of ugly then (in my opinion) and they still are, but he insists they are really comfortable and great! He generally wears a 12D and that is what I ordered and they fit him perfectly. And surprisingly, they look pretty good on him with jeans! So, if you are looking for a little nostalgia and a comfy shoe, the Wallabee is just right.

Shoes are comfortable and awesome, but watch out for the sizing--I had to go down 1/2 a size. Also, the soles get pretty dark on the bottom once you dirty them up a bit. But these are minor problems for what is a comfortable, classic shoe.

Clarks Original Wallabees -
The Clarks Original Wallabees are the most comfortable long wearing boot I have ever owned. The fit, as ordered, is perfect.
I look forward to wearing these boots for years to come and perhaps purchasing a second pair with a different style finish. The Wheat Nubuck appeal to me.
These boots are a perfect fit and I literally received them in a day. I placed my order at 12:00 AM and received them the same day at 11:00 AM. Talk about service!
They are comfortable in warm weather with bare feet. I'm told they do nicely in cold weather as well, from an old friend of mine.
I am extremely pleased with my purchase and with Zappos.

Shoe for the American Foot -
FINALLY, a foreign made soft boot that is properly sized for the American (wider) foot. This is truly a D-E width and the sole is far more comfortable than any other boot I have owned., including Dr. Martens. The Wallabee is a great shoe.

Gift for my son -
When my son asked for these for Christmas I started laughing. As a child of the 60's I remember them. To be honest I did not think they were around anymore. He was so overjoyed at getting them says they are the most comfortable shoes he has worn in a long time.
