I now have four pairs of these in different colors. Fabulous fit. Zappos is one of the best, on second thought it is the best online store I buy from. Quick shipping and free shipping both ways. I have only returned one item with no problems.

My mom loves the shoes. She wears a small size and has trouble finding these in nearby stores. Discovering Zappos has been great. The service is fast. We've never been disappointed.

Merrell shoes are the most comfortable shoe ever, right out of the box, no break-in period. Zappos' delivery service is outstanding. My computer keyboard was hardly cooled and the shoes were here. Seriously in just a couple of days and being here next to the sagebrush and not a shopping mall, I'm always delighted with the service.

Love these! They are so comfortable and lightweight with perfectly contoured footbeds. I can shop till I drop with no foot pain. These are my 5th pair of Merrwlls, now the only brand I wear with pants.

I wanted a winter shoe that would keep my toes from getting wet here in the Northwest, but a slip on. These turned out to be perfect. I got a half size smaller than normal, because I had tried on this type of shoe at a local shoe store (but didn't like the style). I do have to wear heavier socks (like wool, which I like in winter). They are so comfortable. I have one other pair of Merrells and they are a really good brand. I am very happy with these shoes.

I ordered the Merrell Encore Groove (black, women's size 10, continental size 41) a while ago, and I could not be happier! My problem feet broader than customary and with plantar fasciitis, slid into them, and there was no need to wear them in nor did I have to use my orthotics. I wear them inside the house and out. They slip on and off easily at airport control points. I wear them with blue jeans and slacks, usually with woolen socks, and they are so comfortable that I forget I have them on my feet. They are good for standing and walking, the most comfortable shoes I ever bought!

I had purchased two different variations of Merrells: red suede a couple of years ago and the wool ones last year. These are my favorites. If you like this style, don't pass these up.

I hesitantly ordered these shoes days before going on a trip and was so thankful I took a chance. I have problems with my feet and it is so difficult to find shoes that do not hurt. These are like putting on your most comfortable slippers but with support and cushion! I will order many more to be sure.

These shoes were comfortable from the first time I wore them, plenty of room in the toes for a problem bunion and my custom orthotics. I wore them for a week in NYC right out of the box and felt like I was wearing sneakers the whole time. Can't believe how fast they arrived.

These clogs are incredibly comfortable. They run a bit small. I wear an 8 1/2 or 9 and the 9s are snug but not tight. They have a good amount of toe room.

Great shoe. Had ankle surgery the first of June and was in a cast until the middle of August. Very comfy, look great with slacks and have even worn them with casual skirts.

This is my second pair of the Merrell Encore Groove. I use them as both bedroom slippers and going out into any kind of weather (except deep snow of course). The size ran a bit larger than the last pair so I wear them with my thicker Ohio winter socks and all is well. I have them on right now as I type this note. They look neat with any jeans or work slacks.

Perfect transaction! The shoes were as described and fit like a glove. They arrived faster than I had anticipated. I was so pleased, I ordered a second pair in a different color, with the same results. This sure beats my recent department store shoe shopping experience! These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Comfortable foot bed, flexible, and they don't slip off like a lot of clogs do. I never feel like I have to push my foot forward to keep them on. I have a wide foot and they fit beautifully. I bought these in black and brown, and the mesh ones in gray and neutral. They look great with jeans, too clunky for skirts.

The shoes are very comfortable; I wear them to work in a hospital where we are on our feet for 12 hour days. I like that by wearing them I am doing something good for myself also!

I love these. Casual, comfortable, and slip off and on easily (but not too easily). I've covered decent distances in these shoes with no discomfort. I found them true to size in that they were slightly snug when brand new, and loosened up to the perfect fit within a week or so.

I absolutely love these clogs. They fit great with a nice padded insole. I wear them everyday to work, and additionally I slip them on at home when I need to run outside.

This is my "encore" pair of Merrell Encore Grooves for several reasons! I am very disabled due to a car accident (Spine injuries). This shoe slips on easily and has great support. I like getting an inch of height without a slant that aggravates my back. The round toe gives me ample room without any pressure on my toes, which is essential for a person with Neuropathy. Even though I wear a size 8 the shoe looks great on my foot and is perfect to wear with jeans. If you have any kind of similar problems I recommend you give this shoe a try. The comfort will surprise you. My first pair were brown suede that still looks new after a year. I now have black leather that I'm sure will last more than one season as well. Besides, purchasing from Zappos is always a great experience!

I bought these shoes based on recommendations from friends. I have porcelain tile throughout my home and my feet were hurting almost constantly. Even to the point of having to go to physical therapy. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I do have to say that they are not the most stylish look, but from a comfort standpoint, you can’t beat them. They are worth their weight in gold as far as I am concerned.

Purchased these shoes on the recommendation of Martha Stewart's, MUST HAVE LIST. They are fantastic! My feet have never had it so good. Oh, I ordered my normal size (7 1/2 B) and they fit perfectly.

This was my third pair of Merrells and my second pair of clogs; they are incredibly comfortable. I am having some heel pain right now, and these are perfect for that. They give me great support, ease the pain, and look refined enough to wear to work every day. I was so happy with these and with Zappos customer service that I ordered another pair of the Encore Groove in brown.

Super fast delivery! I'm living in WA and ordered those shoes by 8:30 PM Sep 24. Around 3:00 PM Sep 25, I received my shoes. This is my second Merrell's Encore Groove pair. My first pair that I bought more than one year ago in brown. I am wearing at work everyday and still in great condition. I'd recommend those shoes if you have narrow feet. If your feet are wide, those shoes may not work for you.

I got a stress fracture from wearing these shoes.
I have high arches. Upon initial trial in my home, these felt great. After three hours of walking outside, I was in agony. The support built into this shoe pushed up behind the ball of my foot, and not up into my arch the way it felt like it was going to. Five days later, I am still in pain. This is the third pair of Merrells that have given me problems, which surprises me because my favorite pair of shoes is from Merrell, but I bought them about 6 years ago. This is my last pair, that's for sure. I've had much better luck with Keen.
