I like these socks, they give added support. However, I find that they tend to scratch on my longer runs (over 8 miles). I will keep my Balagas for marathon training, but use these for shorter distances.

But your company is the exception. With the economy, you just expect to pay more and get less. This motto is definitely not how your company operates.
