Amazingly comfortable -
Be aware that the zipper on the boot is just for looks and does not actually open and close, which is the only negative thing I have to say about these boots. Despite this, they are very comfortable and stylish and very sexy. I wear them with skinny jeans secured tightly around the ankle with long socks since putting them on through the top of the boot can push your pants up if not done right. These would also look cute with leggings or tights. Those with thicker calves might find it hard to wear these w/ jeans, especially since the zipper does not zip up and down. Comfort-wise, the sole is soft and flexible and the boot itself is very lightweight. Usually I have to break in shoes like these, but I wore them all night the first time and experienced no pain whatsoever! Bottom line...cumbersome to put on, but worth it in comfort and style.

The customer service is the best of any company I've ever worked with. The entire process is painless. If for any reason the order doesn't work out, Zappos is amazing about returns/exchanges, they pay for shipping and their response is fast and accurate. As a mother of 5, accuracy and expediency are vital. Zappos is my silver bullet and I no longer have to even leave the house to take my kids shopping for shoes.
