I became acquainted with this brand in London and noticed that the European sizing made them comfortable for my wide feet. I had problems with bunions and so on, and I did a lot of walking. \r\n\r\nThis time I ordered a similar model from Zappos, in black. They are very comfortable and very good looking. They are wonderful for people who don\'t like to wear athletic shoes and who want to have shoes that are appropriate anywhere.

This shoe in one word: amazing! I bought this shoe because I thought it looked comfortable enough to wear for long periods being on my feet, and Eccos have a good reputation for working well with custom orthotics. I have plantar fasciitis and being on my feet for hours on end can leave me in pure agony, but not in these shoes. I took the removable insole out, slipped in my orthotics, and voila, the perfect shoe. I bought them in black so they just blend right in with all of my outfits. I'm sure these shoes would be great even for people who don't have orthotics, too!

Finding a comfortable and smart-looking shoe that I can walk in for hours is close to impossible for me. Then I found the Ecco Charm Tie. They are incredible. In fact, I bought a second pair (first in white/silver, second in black). Great for traveling when you don't want to look touristy in clunky athletic shoes. These shoes look terrific with any kind of pants. Chic comfort, hard to beat that combination.

I bought one pair of these, in brown, and liked them so much that I ordered another pair, in black. I live in NYC and walk a lot (the only relatively easy way to get around with any degree of speed). These shoes are wonderfully comfortable and I'm thoroughly enjoying them.

This is a very comfortable, soft insole, shoe with good arch support. It seems true to size for my foot, plus it's nice looking & will serve me well when I get out of my jeans & sweats (which isn't often)! If I hadn't already purchased too many shoes, I'd buy the tan ones as well.

The are great shoes. I wore them brand new for a whole 24 hour shift. They are very comfortable, yet very sturdy and give wonderful support. I am very happy I bought these.

Super Fast Zappos Delivers Nice Ecco shoe -
I bought these in white/silver and they look great with jeans. They fit true to size, but the left arch is a bit uncomfortable. I changed out the insoles and they fit much better. Zappos is fantastic!!! Overnight service to my front door. Amazing.

Not for me -
Based on reviews of other Ecco models, I thought these shoes might get me through long days and nights on my feet, and hours of walking during vacations. But as soon as I put them on, I could tell they weren't. I'm a 5.5 wide and these were very uncomfortable. They rubbed against the back of my heel, and felt very short and narrow throughout. I returned them and got the Ecco Mobile, but they aren't much better. It seems I'd better stick with Ryka when looking for shoes that can really go the distance.

I love this shoe. It is pretty and fits well. I wear a size twelve and it is hard to find large size shoes that look nice.

 |  | Most of the time people just email to complain. This is just the opposite. I'm totally thrilled with my purchase, as I have been in the past just buying shoes. This is going to be the best Christmas ever for my mom. I was a wee bit unsure about ordering some clothing online for her since she is so incredibly fussy, but this item is perfect!
