I had a pair of bright red Ecco Bouillon Mary Janes that were worn nearly every day for two and a half years until about a week ago. And you know what? They still looked great, the buttons never fell off, the soles showed no sign of wear until year two, and the only reason I threw them out was because the smelly-foot odor was eventually just too stubborn to get rid of. It killed me throwing out a pair of otherwise perfect shoes. This time, I thought, what the heck, I'll go for the non Mary Jane version of what otherwise seemed to be the same perfect shoe. I got the shiny black Macao color, which, in the store, I thought was navy blue. Darn you to heck, fluorescent lighting! Darn you! I'm a narrow 9.5, and got the size 40 (same size as the mary-janes). They fit alright, felt much like my Mary-Janes at first, but it turns out they were just giving me a polite first impression, like a potential but secretly crazy roommate off of Craigslist. These shoes are much stiffer than the kind with the strap. I got blisters on my heels, and the sides rub a little, in comparison to the first pair which were perfect right out of the box on day one, no blisters, no stiffness or rubbing, pure and innocent comfort. So sad. These ones are very cute, but I know we will never be best friends like my little red shoes, which stayed comfy on my feet even during unexpected hiking trips. I will miss you, red Bouillon Mary Jane, and will try to think of you before I curse out your slightly petulant, uptight cousins the next time they give me blisters.

These Ecco Bouillon flats are great! I normally wear a wide width, but find that Ecco runs wide. These are stylish, comfortable, and very well-made.

I am amazed by the fit of these flats. As I\'ve aged, my once very narrow feet have developed bunions and hammertoes, and because my heels are still narrow, Mary Janes have been the only option for me until I tried these Eccos. The top of the heel has a bit of stretch which somehow keeps them on, and they have a large toebox without looking orthopedic. I love them!

Cute shoes. They feel and look well made. However, the fit isn\'t ideal - looser and wider than other Eccos I\'ve purchased. I will keep them, but need to use inserts.

Comfortable, stylish but they run large. I originally bought a 37 (I am usually a 6 1/2) and had to purchse the smaller size. I get compliments whenever I wear them. Wish they came in a black patent, then they would be the perfect shoe.

I love these shoes. I bought them in red. It took a couple wearings to wear them in but once I was past that, they are comfy. I get load of compliments on these shoes. They are the perfect casual wear shoe, with a cute design. I recommend them.

These shoes are amazingly comfortable, right out of the box. I am a size 10 and the 41 fits me perfectly. A note about the color: The Black Macao Patent I ordered actually looks dark navy under fluorescent lighting, and a very pretty dark purple in daylight. Still, they are wonderful and I actually love the color changes. Zappos, as always, cannot be beat.

These shoes are really well made and very comfortable. The first time I wore them I had several people notice them and ask me where I got them. I bought the red which is a really fun shoe. I just love wearing them.

I got these in red and love them! There\'s just enough of a heel that your pants don\'t drag and the color is great. After wearing them a while, though, my foot gets a little sore on the inside of the foot, where the toe stops, if that makes sense. I can deal with that, though, because they are so cute. I would definitely recommend them!

Perfect Shoe! Updated style with toe coverage and perfect with black dress pants or jeans. Extremely comfortable to wear barefoot. I got the Buffed Silver and it is not too flashy but eye catching...very modern and current and the oversized button decoration is darling. Very good show...worth the money considering so many off brand shoes are almost the same price. You cannot go wrong with Ecco. LOVE THIS SHOE!

This shoe is both stylish and extremely comfortable. I did get caught in the rain with them, and they do look a little worn even after wearing them only a few times.

I have bought Ecco Bouillon because of their look and color. I have to say I was very surprised that shoes made by Ecco could be not that well fitted. They are definitely not true to the size. I have got 10 which is too tight and 11 was too loose. I decided not to return them because I will wear them occasionally, but I can not imagine to wear them every day. The quality of leather is really great and overall shoes look very attractive. I would not recommend them for someone with wide feet.

I love these shoes. They are super comfortable and super cute! They look great with both casual and business attires. I wear them with my jeans for a casual look and slacks for the office. I have the silver and red patent pairs. The red pair looks elegant and adds flair to my otherwise plain black/grey ensemble for the office. I got double takes from other women on these shoes and they commented on how cute they are. The Ecco Bouillon shoes also have good cushioning (and even a little heel for lift) and are great for walking. They make love to my feet all day. The size seemed slightly bigger for me. I usually wear a size 9 but 8.5 fits me better.

I LOVE these shoes. They are truly one of the most comfortable pairs I have ever worn, minimal blisters from breaking in, which has always been a big problem for me. I got them in silver though, and they were scratched up within a week. Don\'t know why they get scratched so easily, shouldn\'t for this price, but the comfort wins out.

I love these shoes. They are comfy and dressy at the same time.They were a little uncomfortable the first time I wore them, but it only took a couple of wears to break them in. Otherwise I would give them a 5.

Disappointing. I loved Ecco for comfort. These shoes are attractive and cute. However, comfortable they are not. I am size 7B, and have had Ecco size 37 before. These 37 size shoes were tight and stiff. The stitched edge is very rigid. Size 38 were too lose, with flopping heel, but the edge was sill rigid and stiff. There is no arch support, and the foot is sliding inside. Now I am cautious even about Ecco.

Cute & comfortable! No, they don't have any arch support, but you could easily add that, and the heel doesn't slip due to a soft little leather bump. The red looks great with dark jeans, and I'm planning to wear them as my red shoes for Halloween as well. One thing to note: European size 40 is equivalent to a US 8.5-9. I tend to wear an 8.5 C and the 40 fits perfectly; 39 was way too tight.

I wear a 6.5 or 7 and the Size 37 fit perfectly. Some of the silver on the button knicked off after wearing them in Europe for a week and Zappos replaced my pair. However, second pair did it as well. Still love them!

I love these shoes. They are comfortable right out of the box. I usually wear an eleven, so I purchased the forty-two and it fits me perfectly. I tend to have wider feet than average, so the fit may be a little wide for the average person. The silver color is really nice and muted, with a slight brown undertone. This shoe looks great worn with browns and olive colored apparel. I'm going to buy another pair in black.

I wear a 6.5 and ordered the 37. They were huge and unfortunately had to be sent back. The 36s are on their way and hopefully they will fit better. Really cute, though!

I was amazed at the terrific customer service at Zappos! My shoes arrived when expected and in perfect condition. When I realized that I had ordered the wrong size, I was extremely disappointed. I called customer service and explained that I wanted the shoes, but needed a different size. They immediately processed a new order, without waiting to receive my return, and upgraded my shipping to "next day air". I received my shoes, and was wearing them before my return was even credited! My Eccos shoes are great. The most comfortable shoes I own. And I always receive complements when I wear them, even from complete strangers!
