Looked better in the picture -
I read all the reviews that said these shoes weren't cute and thought, “Okay, they just have different tastes.” What I didn't realize was, the photo doesn’t quite capture the essence of the shoe. I ordered the Mocha/Truffle Combo ones. The round patch by the toe is really, really prominent when on your foot - to the point that they remind me of bowling shoes. I thought that these shoes would be good for an office setting, and that the two tones of brown would add to their versatility in pairing with different shades of brown outfits, but they are really more "funky" than you would want in a traditional office setting. If you work in a place where conformity doesn't matter, or you really like your shoes to stand out, then these might be good for you. They were very comfortable, both with the egg-crate style insole that comes with them and when I replaced the insoles with my custom orthotics. I just couldn't get past the odd look of them so I am sending them back. They looked *MUCH* better in the picture.

Cannot walk in these -
I love the look of these shoes, which I bought in my usual size in SoftWalks, 7.5 W. They seemed to fit fine when I tried them on, but when I wore them out of the house, they would not stay on my feet. My heels came completely out of the shoes when I picked up each foot, but did not slip back in when I stepped down. Instead, the heel opening kind of closed up from the sides and I found myself stepping on the outside of the back of the shoe, twisting my ankles and nearly falling on my face. I had to take them off to avoid hurting myself because no amount of toe-scrunching would keep them on my feet of keep me from tripping over them. Perhaps they are too big, but they don't feel like it when I am not walking. I'm badly disappointed because SoftWalk is one of my favorite brands.

Like walking on clouds. Very comfortable and true to width. However it was a half size too large and I sadly had to return it. It did not come in an 11 1/2 so I had to keep shopping.

Love this shoe! I have a long, narrow foot (10.5AA) and shoes that fit and are comfortable are very hard to find. Runs big as other reviewers said, needed to return for a 10. Customer service was fantastic! Received original shipment and replacement in record time!!! Thank you Zappos!

Comfortable, but run a bit large -
Ordered on a Saturday morning and received Monday afternoon. Wow! At first glance thought they would be too narrow. I wear an 8WW and they didn't look wide enough. Surprisingly they were just right in width, but the 8 was just too big. Will need to reorder in a 7.5. Also, I ordered the Black/Mocha and thought they looked neat, but the finish on the black part of the leather seemed a bit duller than in the photo.

I have bought quite a few different styles of this brand and find that a 7.5 fits perfectly so I was surprised at how big these shoes felt! They are, however, super versatile because they can be worn with khaki, brown, and black.

Like walking on air!
I usually wear flats but I thought I'd try these. I'm so glad I did. Right out of the box I put them on and didn't take them off for 9 hours! I'm a big woman and usually look for opportunities to take my shoes off and relax my feet, but these are like comfy slippers. I'm going to order them in every color I can find. They look really nice and work well with pants, skirts, and some dresses. I'm in love!!

Comfortable and cute -
I found these shoes pretty comfortable from the first. They have a lot of cushioning inside, and a soft sole (which does make them a bit "clompy"). It's hard to tell the different color combinations from the monitor, but take a chance. I bet they are all nice.

Finally a shoe that really fits -
These are the best. I must have tried 10 different brands trying to fine one that fit really well and had nice toe room. These fit the bill. They are great right out of the box. A little higher heel than I would like but still comfy. Wish they came in Navy. Really true to size and width.

These are very comfortable shoes and with the pillow like insert inside, only drawback was insert came loose after 2 days of normal wear. Now it will not stay in place.

These are comfortable shoes with a unique, cushioned, removable insole. I ordered the narrow which seems fine for my feet. Instep is a little tight but I think it will loosen with wear. These shoes have a very appealing style, between a low-heel and a flat.

Incredible, comfortable shoe -
Ahhh... I put it on and never looked back. This shoe is so cute - lots of detail, looks great with pants or skirts, just enough heel to keep from looking like a flat. Much better styling than you'd think and it's like walking on air. No break-in time.

This shoe was comfortable out of the box, although I do not wear it everyday and do not stand for long periods of time, using it for casual dress rather than as a walking shoe. While comfortable, it is stylish and adequately serves my need, coordinating nicely with skirt or pants.

Comfy dress shoe!
I really loved this shoe! The insole is padded with little massage bumps... very nice! I thought it was a little wide. Also, the toe design wasn't the most pleasing to my hubby, so I returned them. I did order a different style of SoftWalks and hope to get them soon! Stay tuned!

At last a pump I can walk in!
This shoe is a pretty good fit for narrow feet, although the heels could be narrower. The materials and construction are superb! Although the liners are removable, this shoe is more comfortable as received than with my orthotics inserted. It does run long - a half size longer than Munro and a full size longer than Asics.

Not the most beautiful, but the tailored look is nice. The truffle is a pretty color. Unfortunately, Zappos only had the narrow in my size so I must return. Footbed feels heavenly soft.

Everyone should have this shoe!
This shoe is comfortable right out of the box. The only adjustment was that I needed to order a half size smaller for the right fit. I ordered the black/brown spectator look and it is spectacular!! The shoe pulls together any outfit with those colors, whether dressy or casual, even with the lower heel.

These are very comfortable shoes. They are squishy soft inside and I was able to wear them for hours the first time without pain. The heel is too wide and I am going to buy a liner to make the heel fit more snugly. These are not the prettiest shoes, but if you’re looking for comfort, these are the shoes to buy!

Fun shoe -
This shoe will really surprise you when you put it on. It is not the most attractive shoe, even my daughter turned up her nose, but it is very simple and without pretension. The surprise is the fabulously soft insole. You won't believe the comfort. I'm sure anyone could wear these shoes all day and never want to take them off. The nice thing is that the insole is removable, so you can use it in other shoes!

I am never disappointed with the service, merchandise, etc. I just ordered a pair of boots that I ordered the wrong size and received them yesterday and ordered the right pair last night and saw on my email that the new pair coming is arriving today which is incredibly fast service.
