These shoes are great for the value. My feet and ankles are really sensitive, but for some reason these heels don't bother them at all. I have pretty thick legs and I can still get these boots zipped. With that said, I can only fight tights and leggings, no jeans.

These boots are so cute, but I had to send them right back! They are way too wide for my skinny legs, so ladies if you have thin legs do not order these boots. I wanted to keep them because I loved the style, but they just looked horrible. But as always Zappos customer service was great, I called right away to exchange them and I received my new boots the next day! Still giving 5 stars because they are comfy and cute, just didn't work for me.

I have been on this wonderful earth for 81 years and I have never seen a company try so hard to please as you have, not only do you try to please, you please. It is amazing how much love you radiate in your correspondence. Thank you again for being so wonderful. P.S.
