Very comfortable all around sport shoe. Fits true to size with moderate arch support. If you need more you can use slip in orthotics. They also have an attractive fit on the foot, not too bulky and not too light weight.\r\n\r\n I will definitely switch to Merrell from the old faithful New Balance.

This is a great shoe for casual hiking as well as a workout on the elliptical. Zappos is my favorite shoe store. I wear a 10N and it is hard to find, but they have tons of options and are fabulous at shipping very quickly and the free returns are great!

Great shoe. Walked all day up and down hills. Took it a half size larger to allow for thicker socks. Very comfortable shoe and terrific for hiking.

I bought the Merrell Siren Sync for my school shoes and they are terrific. I teach and am on my feet quite a bit in the classroom and up and down the halls. I have been buying Merrell shoes for quite a while now and am always impressed. This style is very supportive in the arch and heel, and I have received numerous compliments on them too. It is comfort and support like this that keeps me coming back to Merrell.

I love these shoes! I hiked 20 miles in them over 2 days and didn't get a blister or even an achy foot. I'm always the girl with the feet that are hurting, so I was very impressed. I look forward to treating myself to more of this brand. They seem to be true to size. I bought the same size that I always wear, 8.5.

I absolutely love these shoes. I walk my dogs every day in them. The shoe is perfect for the imperfect terrain we travel. As well as, I was getting tiny pebbles in my running shoes, not so anymore. Plus, I feel support for my feet & in to my ankles when we hit a rough patch. I love these shoes.

I love these shoes. I have been trying to locate a comfortable sneaker/casual shoe to wear to work and with jeans. I have a history of plantar fascitis and arthritis and these shoes make me forget I have feet. I have lots of Merrell slip ons that are 9.5 but for these I needed to go to 10. I receive compliments on them almost every time I wear them.

I am a remodeling contractor who spends a lot of time on his feet. I have had a herniated disc in my lower back (sciatica) for many years, and I have to use expensive insoles and well cushioned shoes for comfort. At first, I wasn't sure if I liked my Merrill hiking shoes. The shoe's quality and appearance seemed fine, but the jury was still out on the comfort issue. As time went on and my Merrills began to break in some, it felt as though I was walking on clouds. I'm not too crazy about the heavy Vibram sole, but the support is good and shoes are definitely comfortable. I would definitely use Zappos again and buy Merrills or other shoes. Lastly, Zappos elected to send my shoes express in leau of the 3-4 day delivery time, and at no additional charge. I got my shoes the next day by 9:30 AM. That is smart marketing!

These shoes are great except for one flaw. The shoelaces never stay tied, even if they are double knotted. Very annoying if you're in the middle of walking/jogging. They do have great support and look fantastic. I have had mine since spring and they still look great and nothing is falling apart. My suggestion is to replace the laces with some that aren't so slippery

I purchased these shoes in the mint color. My doctor told me to go with Merrells because of heel pain and I've been wearing Merrell sandals all summer long without any pain. I've only worn these once and loved the look, but noticed a little heel pain. They were so light and comfortable otherwise I'm hoping it doesn't continue. I usually wear a nine but ordered these 1/2 size smaller. Once again, Zappos rocks with their quick service! Thanks.

Love these shoes! I didn\'t have to "break" them in at all. I usually wear a size 9 for a running/walking shoe, but an 8.5 fits perfect with these. Mostly wear them for everyday walking and also my exercise related walks. \r\n\r\n

I expected much more support from this shoe. I wore them to a picnic yesterday and my feet and knees were really aching today. Also, the laces come untied a lot. It's really annoying to have to put down whatever I am carrying and bend down on a busy sidewalk to tie my shoe.

I decided to try Merrell on my surgeon's advice. Six months ago I had major foot surgery - two screws in my big toe and pins in the other four to correct hammertoes. I'm still undergoing physical therapy. Prior to surgery, I favored MBT and Earth. This shoe has a cute design and it actually makes my large foot look slimmer in comparison with other athletic shoes. The support is great. My therapist said my limp is barely noticeable when I wear this shoe as compared to others she has seen me wear. I wore this shoe two weeks ago during my vacation and was able to walk for several hours without too much pain. I'm tempted to order another pair in pink because it is stylish, flattering, and feminine. Prior to surgery, I wore a size 10 to accommodate a bunion. Now, I'm able to wear a 9.5.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Because of my foot problems I find MBT, Earth, Ryka, and Propet most comfortable.

Loved the shoe, but I found that they run small. I usually buy a 10.5, and ordered an 11. It was too small and they do not come any larger, so I am returning them. They are very good looking, although the sole felt hard to my foot.

These shoes are great! I wore them right out of the box for a four mile walk in the city. I normally wear a size 7 dress shoe and ordered half a size up and they were perfect and very comfortable.

These are by far the most comfortable walking shoes I have ever had. They are cushy, supportive, light weight. So I give them an A+. My only complaint, and it is a small one, is that they smell awful! I can't keep them in the closet.

Great walkers -
Love these shoes; great to walk in. They look nice as well; not as clunky as some. They are a little narrow. I am normally a size 7 which felt a little tight, so final purchase was a 7 1/2.

I really liked this shoe for comfort & style. I didn't like the color choices. All Merrell sneaker style shoes are a dark sober color. In the spring & summer & like something brighter.

Have other Merrells, but this pair is not the best of them -
The shoes look really sharp on my feet, but do not seem to have as much padding and support that I would expect from a shoe this price. Would not wear them on a long walk or uneven surfaces. They are very light weight...that may account for less support in the shoe.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: New Balance brand.

Shoelaces will NOT stay tied -
Love these shoes. They are comfortable and good looking. Only fault; the shoelaces refuse to stay tied. They are slick and very long and for every hour I wear them I tie them about 3-4 times. And you can't buy different laces because with the color of shoe a white or black lace would look dorky.

Fabulous shoes!
Really comfortable and stylish. They are so comfortable; I did not want to take them off. They have nice detailing and look very good with jeans. They were true to size for my feet. Love them!!

Excellent around town shoes -
These shoes are great to wear as an upgrade to athletic shoes. These are great to go with jeans. I feel a little bit classier wearing these than athletic shoes but I still feel comfortable. They are comfortable for a day of shopping or sightseeing. LOVE THEM! I want another pair.

I've had these shoes for about a month and wear them nearly everyday because they are comfortable. I gave 4 stars for comfort because they are a little narrower than I'm used to. They are really cute and they run true to size.

I wear about and 8.5 W and bought size 9 Merrell Siren Sport leather/suede shoes, and have been in agony every day I wear them because they are too tight, so I upgraded to the Siren Sync size 9.5 and they feel so much better! The toe box is nice and roomy (my feet are widest at the toes), the arch support is great, and the mesh is very breathable! I recommend this shoe to anyone with average width to wider width feet. I am finding that Merrells run smaller in general so you may want to order 1/2 to 1 full size larger than usual (though Zappos’ easy return policy makes this a simple matter of return and exchange).
