These boots fit true to size and are extremely comfortable. They look great with skinny jeans/pants and fit well with the jeans inside the boots. Zappos ordering was second to none, and I received these in two days as always, great service! I love Zappos.

Confession: I am boot obsessed. My quest: meshing high fashion with supreme comfort. Since I have the feet of a true Princess & the discerning taste of a true fashionista, I had my work cut out for me. In any case, you may reap the benefits because these boots are it. Firstly, they are excellent quality & look like a true riding boot. Most all black, leather boots, to my eye, tend to appear a bit "weathery", i.e.rubber, but since this has the suede upper, it gives a much more elegant appearance. Plus they are actually comfortable. I wore them for about two hours each day in the house just to be certain that they would make the grade. Also I got them one half size larger & added an inner sole for extra cushion. A good solid gorgeous boot! Go for it!

I just got off the phone with one of your customer service agents, and she was unfailingly helpful and nice. That's in addition to your great online service and quick shipping, and your great selection of shoes.
