I bought these shoes for my husband in his usual size of 9 3E but they were way too big. The 7 3E fit well and he says they are very comfortable.

Comfortable dress shoes. It's difficult to find conservative-looking dress shoes that have a rubber sole and are comfortable. Once these broke in, they were very comfortable, and I think the rubber sole will last much longer (and is much more practical) than a leather sole.
