Shoe Size: Felt true to size
Shoe Width: Felt wider than marked
Shoe Arch: Excellent arch support
With a 12 narrow foot I have an increasingly difficult problem buying shoes. These came in a "B" width and they are still a bit wider than I would like but work with a medium thickness sock. I have only worn them a half dozen times but so far they are comfortable and the workmanship looks like quality.

These shoes are very comfortable and look great. I always wanted a pair of loafers that looked classy but casual. This is the pair! I couldn\'t imagine a better choice for the casual look. To be honest, I had never heard of Neil M. Murphy, but I know it now!

GREAT looking shoe, I get so many compliments and people asking me where I got them. VERY comfortable and they are great work shoes as they match most of my clothes. I love them and so does my wife.

 |  | I love your Company and have ordered several things. I am dealing with kidney cancer and am always looking for red shoes to make me feel happy when I am getting chemo. You have always been able to help me. Your staff is amazing and last month I ordered a pair of red sandals and just recently received a box filled with little gifts to make anyone feel better. Your team member also sent me your 2008 Culture Book with a beautiful note. I have been reading all the uplifting notes that many people wrote in the book and can't believe that there are so many wonderful people out there. I also worked for a company who had core values that we all had to follow, but when I got cancer, this health company did nothing to help me through this time. They recently stopped my disability because they said they only allow two years. I am now going to live on my social security of $1,400.00 per month. I sent the CEO a letter requesting an extension and was told they have done all they could for me. My Chemo pill alone costs $6,000.00 per month and I have to stay on the expensive Cobra so that I can get it. Soon that too will expire. I just know that I have such high regard for your company and Zappos. Thank you for being who you are and I wish I was close to Las Vegas to visit your place and thank everyone personally.
