Comfortable and cute. Only one minor annoyance: I have these shoes in red patent and get lots of compliments on them. They are a beautiful rich red. They are extremely comfortable with one problem; they don't breathe at all. If I do not wear trouser socks/stockings, my feet sweat a lot. Not really a problem when I wear trouser stockings, but I prefer the look of none. I have a pair of Geox patent flats, and I don't have the same problem with them (well, not a fair comparison considering Geox's whole positioning point is that they are breathable!). I am still happy with these, but please do keep that in mind when ordering if you are a bare-foot-in-flats kind of person.

Unfortunately, I\'ve only worn these twice because they\'re extremely uncomfortable. I have a pair of Ecco wedge-heel sandals that I can literally walk in all day, so I was surprised at how much these flats hurt.\r\n\r\nI can, however, say how pleased I am with the level of customer service at Zappos. Whether you just have a question, want to place an order or need to return something the customer service is truly outstanding. Thank you for treating your customers in a way long forgotten by most.

This shoe is cute and easy to wear with decent support and padding (maybe a little pinchy around the toes). Dressy but not too, looks great with pants and skirts and feels a lot better than the no-support ballet flats.

I love the look of these shoes. Two things to consider before buying the shoes: 1) It took about a week or two to break them in, and while they were breaking in, the sides of the shoe gave me blisters on the outer edge of both feet. (They no longer give me blisters.) 2) The shoes don't "breathe" very well, but normal compared to any other shoe. The silver lining of the shoe sticks to various parts of your feet (so it's slowly wearing away). My feet tend to sweat a little when it's 80 or higher, so a lot of the silver lining from the sole and insides of the shoe are gone. (Maybe you have to wear a sock liner all the time?) Normally, I wear shoes with arch supports, since I have pretty flat arches (over-pronate). So far, I've had no problems wearing these shoes, no knee pain or foot pain I normally have at the end of workday where I'm on my feet all day (I'm a teacher). So, if you're willing to make some concessions, it's a pretty great shoe!

 |  | Hello! I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who works for Zappos. As of yesterday, I've ordered from Zappos five times over the last couple years. I usually get my orders the next day, and the longest it's taken has only been two days, and I think that's just awesome! At my job I work in customer service and think it's very important to like to help people in a job like that. I can tell Zappos employees must love their jobs because everyone does such great job. With every one of my orders, it only proves there really isn't a better place to shop on line, (or shop anywhere, in general)!
