I bought this shoe in my normal size 8, but when I got it the size was at least a full size too small. Thought about returning (because I know it\'s easy) and re-ordering in a 9, but didn\'t get around to it. I did give the shoes to my granddaughter who really liked them. She wears a 7.

 |  | I just wanted you to know that Zappos.com "wowed" me recently. I have been looking to improve the customer experience in my company for years, but until recently haven't
taken the necessary steps to make it happen. In the last month I have contacted many well known customer service businesses to foster ideas on how to better care for our customers, and ZAPPOS.com has risen to the top for me. You not only sent me some of your 2008 Culture books, but you didn't charge me a cent, and I made sure that I presented this fact to the team at our daily morning huddle. I was also most impressed that Tony signed the book(s)!!! Wow. I want our company to be known as following ZAPPOS.com's lead, and be better at caring for the whole individual as we care for their health needs. Thanks again, we're already discussing new core values thanks to ZAPPOS.com. I would like to send the results of these to you as my way of thanking your company for motivation to get better.
