Not the perfect black sandal - The 10N was just a fraction too short, not enough to try the 10.5 and the Donald Pliner label running along the heel was noticeably uncomfortable. The style is nice, but I was looking for a daily wear sandal in black. This isn't it. It's going back.

I have found Donald Pliner sandals with a squared off toe, to fit my feet perfectly. I own several pair of Donald Pliner sandals. My most recent purchase was the Rhona sandal, the elastic band gives and stretches with each step making these shoes comfortable right out of the box. I love the color of this shoe, kind of a bronzey brown, it goes with most everything. I also purchased this shoe in black.

I have lots of Donald J Pliner shoes, some more comfortable and better constructed than others. I was surprised that these are so light-weight and flop less at the heel than I would have expected. The elastic band across the foot really helps them stay on. They are comfortable and very stylish. I liked them so much that I bought them in two colors.

Great look and comfort. Arrived very quickly! Although the sole is coming off on the front tip of the right shoe. I have to take it to a cobbler and I have only had them for a month.

Love these boots!
These boots are great! Donald Pliner never disappoints me - these boots didn't need any breaking in and felt wonderful the first time I tried them on. I love how these go with everything from pants suits to jeans.

A Truly Fabulous Boot!
I bought these in the black, and they are probably the most comfortable, good-looking boots I have ever owned. They are very unique looking and I get lots of compliments on them. More importantly, they are wearing extremely well. I've worn them 15 or 20 times for all-day treks out shopping or running errands and they still look pristine. I only wish they had a little higher heel, but then they probably wouldn't be as comfortable! I would buy them again in a heartbeat.

Its flawed -
I bought the shoe over a month ago. Loved the look and fit. Wore it maybe three times. The metallic color started peeling off where the shoe started to crease. Happened to both shoes. Had to return them. Unfortunate. Generally very happy with Pliner shoes.

Flashy and fun!
I got the metallic gold version of this boot, and I feel like Madonna circa 1984! It's definitely not a subtle look, but it is fun for going out. I'm a little worried about whether the gold foil will be durable, but so far they are perfect.

Another Hit from Donald Pliner!!
I've loved shoes by Donald Pliner for years for their comfort and style--but this ankle boot beats all! Cool and becoming with a trendy pointed toe and silver hardware - but as comfortable as ever. I bought it in black and gold and am now set for winter.
