Runs Really Small -
Very cute boot, nicely constructed with quality materials. Classic cowboy boot style. However, I ordered them in my regular size and could not pull them completely on my foot. They are way too small. I would order at least half a size up.

If you want "slouch" in a cowgirl boot, then these are for you! Not me. They're stylish, true to size, well made, but they slide down to your ankles as soon as you take a step and I'm not skinny! I'm trying to figure out a way to keep them up without having to tuck jeans inside so I can wear them with short skirts, no luck. The shaft is too wide. I wish they had a little more structure to stay up, yet stay cozy and comfortable as they are. May have to return for a little stiffer shaft.

 |  | I ordered some Globe Castros, but they were too big and so I needed to send them back. I was surprised at how customer friendly the instructions were and how quickly I was able to get my return label. Immediately after that I put another order except one size lower. Apparently I checked today and my item was put on priority with no extra cost. That is awesome customer service. Thanks Zappos team and continue providing this outstanding service!
