Shoe Width: Felt true to width
Shoe Arch: Excellent arch support
Stylish and sexy. They are a bit more sturdy than the typical 4-inch heel. But they also have the pointy toe that I always seek. The kind of shoe you can wear all day at work, shop all day at the mall or go out to dinner in. They're so comfortable I can do chores in them as well.

I've dealt with several via phone doing some shoe shopping, and they're always, always, always cheerful and they personalize the conversation. Your staff seems to enjoy their work and makes shopping online/exchanging via phone a breeze. The VIP overnight shipping is great too, but I could do without that as long as your staff continued their positive, personal service to customers.
